Dinsmore Names Linsey West Co-Chair of Tort & Environmental Group

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that partner Linsey West of the firm’s Lexington office has been named Co-Chair of the Tort & Environmental Practice Group. West joins partner Tim Hoffman of the firm’s Dayton office in leading the growing 68-attorney team, which includes representation of clients for issues including product liability, transportation law, toxic torts, equine law, complex litigation and professional liability defense.

"He is a well-respected trial lawyer with a keen grasp of client needs, and I'm certain he will bring those skills to bear in his new leadership role."

West has over 25 years of trial experience primarily in product liability, railroad defense, professional liability defense and equine and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council and was named the “Lawyer of the Year” in Lexington, Kentucky for Product Liability Litigation - Defendants by Best Lawyers® for 2012. He is listed in Best Lawyers® 2013 Edition for Railroad Law, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants.
