Dinsmore & Shohl Adds Experience in Columbus

Charles Freiburger and Boyd Moehring, two seasoned corporate partners formerly with Thompson Hine LLP, have joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Both attorneys will practice as partners in the Corporate Department and Securities Practice Group, working from the firm's Columbus office.

Charles Freiburger focuses his practice on acquisitions, venture financings, restructurings, joint ventures and offerings for private companies in the retail, hospitality, technology and manufacturing industries. Freiburger also has significant experience in permitting and negotiating with the Ohio EPA and Region V in both technical and executive matters.

Boyd Moehring brings with him more than 20 years of experience as a corporate and transactions lawyer. His practice focuses on business transactions in a number of areas, including joint ventures, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate financing and development. Moehring has built a national practice, with clients turning to him for counsel in California, Florida, Las Vegas, New York and major points in-between.
