February 11, 2014News Releases
Dinsmore & Shohl attorneys John Hussell and Mary Rennie “M.R.” Rowe will present a Planned Giving Workshop for the Greenbrier Valley Community Foundation (GVCF) on February 27, 2014.

The event focuses on informing charitable entities and individuals on different planned giving strategies. It kicks off at 4 pm with a session for Nonprofit Administrators. The second session starts at 5 pm and details planned giving opportunities for donors.

“The idea is to share insights on the many ways people can make a major gift that exceeds their current income. Planning ahead and finding the right option that fits each situation are the key factors. We want both Non-Profit leaders and individuals to leave with the tools they need to make the most out of their donation,” said Hussell.

The Planned Giving Workshop will be held at the Greenbrier County Public Library in Lewisburg. There is no charge to attend the workshop, and it is open to the public. The GVCF asks those planning on attending to reserve a place by contacting Courtney Smith, GVCF Executive Director, at (304) 645-5620 or emailing [email protected].
