Dinsmore & Shohl Elects Two New Board Members

Denise Klug and John Selent, partners with Dinsmore & Shohl, were recently selected to serve on the firm's Board of Directors. Dinsmore & Shohl's Board is comprised of 14 partners from across the firm.

Denise Klug is the managing partner of the firm's Wheeling, West Virginia office. Klug, elected to a three-year term, maintains a regional litigation practice and represents hospitals, chemical companies, construction companies, steel companies, and trucking companies. Her practice also encompasses workers' compensation and occupational health and safety issues and intentional tort causes of action.

John Selent is a partner in the firm's Louisville, Kentucky office. Selent, elected to a two-year term, focuses his practice on administrative law and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on telecommunications and public utility law. He frequently represents clients in regulatory and commercial disputes before state and federal courts, state public utility commissions, and other administrative agencies.
