Don Leach Recognized for Commitment to the Community

Don Leach, managing partner of Dinsmore & Shohl's Columbus, Ohio office, and his wife, Jane, have been recognized for their significant contributions to the community and have been presented with the 2010 Margine Moul Award. The award, bestowed by Leadership Upper Arlington, is given to individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional devotion to the Upper Arlington community.

Leach is the immediate past mayor and president of Upper Arlington (UA) City Council. In addition to his four years on UA City Council, Leach previously served as chair of the UA Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, on the UA Community Improvement Corporation, as treasurer of the school levy campaigns and president of UA Crew. In addition, he serves on the Board of Trustees for the UA Area Chamber of Commerce, and was named the Chamber’s Arthur Cullman Business Person of the Year in 2009.

Leach is the chair of the firm's Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction-related contracting, disputes and business matters. He has extensive experience representing owner/developers and contractors in prosecuting and defending all types of construction lien, contract and bond cases on both public and private projects.
