Joshua M. Link Joins Dinsmore’s Wayne Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added Joshua M. Link to the firm’s Wayne office. Link joins Dinsmore as a Debt Restructuring/Commercial Litigation Associate in the Business Restructuring Practice Group.

“I look forward to growing my practice while having the opportunity of working with first-rate attorneys here at Dinsmore,” said Link. Previously at Drinker Biddle & Reath, Link brings experience representing clients from a wide variety of industries in contract and business tort, securities fraud, drug product liability, professional liability, consumer fraud, and TCPA individual and class actions. Link has also represented clients in white collar defense litigation and counseled clients during internal and government investigations.

Link earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of International Law. He earned his B.A. in international relations from University of Pennsylvania.
