Local Community Leader Joins Dinsmore & Shohl

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce that local business and community leader, Lawrence H. Kyte, Jr. has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Corporate Department.

Previously with Frost Brown Todd, Kyte has a long history of supporting and leading local cultural, civic and community organizations, including the Cincinnati Art Museum, Art Academy of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Opera Association, Springer Educational Foundation, Village of Indian Hill Planning Commission, Catholic Social Services Southwest Ohio, and the Catholic Inner City Schools Educational Fund and Foundation among others.

Kyte brings more than 40 years of service to his legal practice in the real estate and commercial transactions arenas and also represents clients in a wide array of corporate and estate planning matters. In the business community, Kyte serves on the Board of Trustees and Advisory Committee of local, civic and charitable organizations, as well as on the Boards of various local business organizations.

In recognition of his service on various local Boards and Advisory Committees, Kyte has received the Notre Dame Alumni Association "Man of the Year" Award and the McKenzie-Sargent Distinguished Alumnus Award from Summit Country Day School. Kyte earned his LL.B. from the University of Virginia and his A.B. from the University of Notre Dame.
