Louis M. Oliverio Joins Dinsmore & Shohl’s Pittsburgh Office

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that Louis M. Oliverio has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office as Partner Of Counsel. He will practice in the Corporate Department focusing on Real Estate and Commercial Law.

Oliverio has practiced real estate law for more than 15 years, most recently at DLA Piper in Atlanta. Prior to that role, he was with Epstein Becker Green, PC. Oliverio represents real estate developers, hospital systems and health care providers in health care real estate transactions and retail companies in commercial real estate and corporate matters. He was formerly Associate General Counsel for Gabriel Brothers, Inc. in Morgantown, West Virginia.

“Louis has a strong background in real estate law and will be a great addition to the Pittsburgh. We are looking forward to working with him,” said Anthony Ditka, managing partner of the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Oliverio has presented on real estate issues at conferences around the country and has had articles published in multiple publications. He currently serves as District Council Chair for the Pittsburgh District Council of Urban Land Institute (ULI). In addition, Oliverio, a Full Member of ULI, serves on the Urban Development and Mixed Use Council (UDMUC), a national real estate council where he shares ideas with other industry leaders on timely trends in commercial real estate development. He also has been active with the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has served on its Economic Development Committee. Oliverio earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his A.B. from Duke University.
