Mallary A. Lerner Joins Dinsmore’s Denver Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes Mallary A. Lerner to the firm’s Denver office. Lerner will practice out of the Public Finance Department.

Lerner worked as a paralegal for a corporate finance firm in New York City, where she prepared finance agreements, completed Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, and helped a woman gain citizenship by writing a Violence Against Women Act petition, which allows battered immigrants to petition for legal status in the United States.

During law school, Lerner worked at a real estate investment company, where she drafted lease and sale agreements and closing documents. Prior to joining Dinsmore, she clerked for the Honorable Kandace C. Gerdes of the Colorado Second Judicial District.

Lerner earned her J.D. from University of Denver Sturm College of Law and received her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
