Michael P. Richardson joins Dinsmore & Shohl’s Cincinnati office

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that Michael P. Richardson has joined the firm’s Cincinnati office. Richardson will practice out of the Corporate Department.

Richardson comes to Dinsmore from Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP where his practice focused on representing commercial banks and other regional financial institutions in multi-lender finance deals and other secured lending transactions. He drafted and negotiated loan agreements and supporting documents needed for multimillion dollar revolving and term loan facilities. Richardson has also clerked at a number of firms including Robert A. Klingler Co., L.P.A. where he researched state and federal law governing fiduciary duties among owners of limited liability companies, corporate regulatory compliance, and employment discrimination.

Richardson earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif. While earning his degree, he was selected as a Corporate Law Fellow and worked as a Research Assistant for UC College of Law Professors Felix Chang and Barbara Black. Richardson received his Bachelor of Science degree in English Education from Miami University.
