Patrick Michael named ALFA International 2014 Lawyer of the Year

Dinsmore & Shohl’s Patrick Michael received ALFA International’s Nate Fishbach Service Award for the 2014 Attorney of the Year. Michael received the award his years of dedication to the organization at the Annual Business Meeting in October.

“Patrick Michael has shown exemplary leadership during his time at ALFA International,” says ALFA International Interim CEO Lee MacPhee. “It is an honor to present him with this award in appreciation for all he has done for the organization.”

Michael was selected for his commitment to ALFA through his leadership of the Business Litigation Practice Group and contributions to the International Client Seminar (ICS) throughout the years. He served as Program Chair for the Business Litigation Practice Group for six years, during which time he managed three ICS programs. He has also been a frequent speaker at Business Litigation and ICS programs.

Michael is a partner the firm’s Louisville office and focuses his practice primarily in business litigation, commercial transactions and work-outs, non-competition disputes, and professional malpractice defense.
