Robert (Bobby) A. Lucas Elected to Bounce Children’s Foundation Board of Directors

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s Robert (Bobby) A. Lucas, was elected to Bounce Children’s Foundation’s Board of Directors. Lucas will serve a three year term and also serve as Governance Committee Chair.

Bounce selected Lucas for his broad experience in business law and governance, his entrepreneurial style, and his sharp focus on meeting each client’s unique needs.

Lucas, also a member of Dinsmore’s Board of Directors, leverages a thorough understanding of corporate and finance law to serve as a valuable ally to his clients. He has counseled a wide variety of clients, ranging from start-ups and family-owned businesses to publicly traded companies and large privately-held entities, on all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Lucas’s experience also extends into the finance world, where he has represented both borrowers and lenders in secured lending and finance transactions, including mezzanine credit facilities, as well as advising on securities law matters, including compliance issues.
