Stephen Schweller Elected President of University Club of Cincinnati

Stephen Schweller, a partner in Dinsmore’s Cincinnati office, has been elected to serve a year term as President of the University Club of Cincinnati’s Board of Governors. Schweller has been a member of the club for 22 years, serving on the Board of Governors for five consecutive years and the Executive Committee for four years. Founded in 1879, the University Club of Cincinnati is a social club for college-educated men and women, providing its members and their guests fine dining, social events, and squash and fitness facilities in its historic, downtown clubhouse.

Schweller, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and has represented insurance carriers in significant coverage litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts around the country as well as in mediations and arbitrations. While his practice primarily concerns insurance-related issues and disputes, it also extends to non-insurance-related matters, including products liability and mass tort litigation, Medicare Secondary Payer issues, and general business disputes, involving negligence, fraud and/or breach of contract claims.
