Phillip E. Raymond

Biography

Phillip is a commercial litigation associate who takes cases from initial pleadings to trial. Phillip handles all aspects of litigation including initial investigations, discovery, expert work and dispositive motions. Phillip has represented a number of construction, infrastructure maintenance, and logistics firms in commercial matters nationwide. He has also represented government agencies in employment litigation claims under the PHRA, the Rehabilitation Act, and Title VII. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Phillip maintained a voluminous caseload representing Commonwealth agencies and employees in federal and state court. From this position, Phillip gained valuable first chair experience in a number of practice areas.

Prior to his time at the Attorney General’s Office, Phillip served as judicial law clerk for Common Pleas Judge Mark D. Stevens.
