Effective immediately, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes 31 associates to the firm.

Chicago, IL
Julianne Landsvik joins the Chicago office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Julianne worked as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Cincinnati, OH
Adam Centner joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department where he focuses his practice on estate planning. He counsels clients on individual estate planning needs, including probate avoidance, asset protection and tax planning.

Ashley Earle joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department. As a certified patent agent through the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, Ashley has a thorough understanding of intellectual property law, including protecting her clients’ innovations. She previously worked as a patent law intern for the Eastman Chemical Company.

R. Samuel Gilley joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Litigation Department, focusing on commercial litigation. Samuel’s litigation experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk for Senior Judge Charles Simpson, III in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

Jeremie Imbus joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Litigation Department focusing his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Jeremie served as a law clerk for Judge David L. Bunning of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He also served as an extern at the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office.

Bethany Lahmann joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department, where she works with clients to help them protect their innovations and ideas. She brings unique experience to clients, having previously worked as an intern in the Intellectual Property division at the Rolls Royce Corporation.

Molly Lampe joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. In addition to providing general corporate legal counsel and advice, her experience includes 14 years of serving as in-house counsel to a regional bank with more than $100 billion in assets. Her vast experience in the area of consumer banking and financial law brings a unique insight into the complex legal and business.

Jaci Overmann joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Litigation Department and focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has experience counseling clients on class action and individual disputes arising out of mortgage lending, product and toxic tort liability, insurance recovery and other commercial matters.

Kelly Pitcher joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Litigation Department, focusing her practice on commercial litigation and business disputes. She has experience working on and analyzing a variety of issues, including employment discrimination matters and First Amendment issues.

Natalie Rauf joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department focusing her practice on Real Estate. She also has extensive experience in Finance. In her Real Estate practice, Natalie works with both buyers and sellers in real estate acquisitions, loan assumptions and real estate dispositions.

Daniel Richey joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department, where he assists clients in a wide variety of regional, national and cross-border transactions. He counsels public and private companies of all sizes and scopes—from emerging-growth to Fortune 100, both domestic and foreign.

Alexandra Rock joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Finance Department concentrating her practice on public finance transactions. Prior to joining Dinsmore, she gained valuable government sector experience while serving as a law clerk in the Public Utilities Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

Emily Rotella joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department, focusing on transactions and general business counsel. She previously served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Norah McCann King in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, as well as serving as a research intern with the National Defense University at the Center for Strategic Research in D.C.

Michael Wheeler joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department where he focuses his practice on intellectual property enforcement. Michael is experienced in trademark prosecution and enforcement having practiced trademark law extensively before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Columbus, OH

Matthew Brandt joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Real Estate Development, Leasing and Ownership Practice Group. Matthew focuses his practice in all aspects of construction law and real estate development. He has counseled clients on development and leasing matters, as well as assisting clients with various construction and real estate litigation issues.

Arryn Miner joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Litigation Department, focusing on commercial litigation matters. She gained valuable litigation experience serving as an extern for the Hon. James L. Graham in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Katherine Rasmussen joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Litigation Department and focuses on commercial litigation. Katherine served as a legal and corporate affairs intern for Palace Sports & Entertainment, where she researched and analyzed a variety of legal issues relating to arena operations of the Palace, home to the Detroit Pistons.

Michael Tipton joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Corporate Department, focusing his practice primarily on estate & trust law. Michael previously served as a judicial extern in the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Appellate District in Ohio.

Stephanie Zwerner joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. She works in the Business Acquisitions and Securities Practice Group. Before attending law school, Stephanie earned her Master in Business Administration degree and gained experience working in finance and management.

Dayton, OH

Sam Brinker joins the Dayton office and will practice out of the Corporate Department, focusing his practice on real estate matters in the Real Estate Development, Leasing, and Ownership Practice Group. He has extensive experience working on all aspects of real estate transactions.

Marcie Hunnicutt joins the Dayton office and will practice out of the Corporate Department where she focuses her practice on general corporate and business law, corporate finance, compliance matters, and mergers and acquisitions.


Lexington, KY

Charles Krebs joins the Lexington office and will practice out of the Corporate Department, focusing his practice on transactions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Dinsmore, he served as a communications intern with Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance.

Sarah Mattingly joins the Lexington office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and banking and finance law, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, workouts and secured transactions.

Felix Sharpe joins the Lexington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to and while attending law school, Felix was an investigator with the State of Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services.

Louisville, KY

Andrea Aikin joins the Louisville office and will practice out of the Litigation Department focusing on a wide variety of civil matters. During law school Andrea worked at the Ackerson Law Clinic where she obtained a limited license to practice law.

Philadelphia, PA

Agatha Mingos joins the Philadelphia office and will practice out of the Corporate Department and Business Restructuring group. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate, financing, and general transaction fields. Her practice has a strong emphasis on distressed commercial real estate matters, and all issues related to commercial mortgage-backed securities.

Pittsburgh, PA

Russell Bopp joins the Pittsburgh office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Russell’s practice spans a diverse range of areas including products liability litigation, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith insurance claims, professional licensing cases, and commercial space and ground leases for national clients.

Charleston, WV
Samuel Long joins the Charleston office and will practice out of the Labor Department. Samuel served as a Financial Claims Reviewer with BrownGreer, PLC where he assisted in administering claims from the $20 billion fund for damages arising from the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill. He also served as a law clerk with the National Treasury Employees Union in Washington, DC where he provided legal research and drafting support for cases before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Huntington, WV

Elizabeth Duncan joins the Huntington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department and our Torts and Environmental Practice Group. She focuses her practice on commercial, transportation and general civil defense.

Ellen Kist joins the Huntington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Ellen focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters. She has experience working on a variety of litigation matters, including product liability, personal injury, FELA, eminent domain proceedings, tort and contract law issues.

Morgantown, WV

Paige Vagnetti joins the Morgantown office and will practice out of the Corporate Department where she focuses her practice on tax benefits and Wealth planning.
