Reginald D. Cloyd III


Reggie concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and class action defense. He has successfully represented individuals and corporate clients in product liability matters, complex contract actions, business torts, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, real estate litigation, and data breach litigation. He has significant experience representing app-based tech companies.

He helps clients with all aspects of the litigation process, including initial case evaluation and risk assessment, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and various hearings. Reggie has first chaired multiple bench trials in state court, excels at negotiating settlements, and looks for ways to collaborate with opposing counsel in order to meet his clients’ needs.
