Ronald  K. Aust


Ronald has a background in engineering and technology, having earned his bachelor’s degree in the field from the University of Southern Indiana before working as an engineer, technologist, and adjunct professor of digital electronics. As an engineer, he oversaw the development and design of control systems for industrial applications, and he regularly leverages his real-work experience when working with clients. He regularly counsels clients in intellectual property matters, focusing on patent application preparation and prosecution, freedom to operate studies, and opinion work, including patentability, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions.
