Samuel’s practice in estate planning gives him the opportunity to work with individuals and families in all stages of life to plan for the transfer and preservation of their wealth and assets for their family, friends, and chosen charitable organizations. His interest in estate planning is what inspired him to attend law school, as he believed this focus was a way to directly benefit clients’ lives. When dealing with clients’ assets, he understands the smallest details can have significant ramifications for a client’s family, which is why he takes great care in understanding and analyzing his clients’ individual situations to create the most effective plans to protect their wealth and assets.
With experience in establishing or planning for the transfer of closely held businesses and real estate, Samuel is able to provide dynamic estate planning that ensures the client’s wishes are accounted for and achieved. He understands no two plans are the same and works with the client to tailor a plan to suit their needs and goals, whether establishing a new estate plan or revising an existing plan.
In addition to estate planning, Samuel has experience in fiduciary income taxation, establishing guardianships, forming LLCs, and conveying real estate, which allows him to provide a more robust service to his clients.
