Sierra R. M. Williams


With a concentration on taxation, corporate, and nonprofit matters, Sierra serves her clients in a multi-faceted and dynamic practice, providing strategic business counsel and tax advice to individuals and business organizations in a variety of industries. Specifically, Sierra routinely advises clients on federal, state, and local corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning, with guidance ranging from tax-free restructuring and reorganization to navigating federal economic development programs. Sierra also counsels nonprofit organizations on a wide variety of tax compliance issues.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Sierra served as extern to Judge Mark V. Holmes of the United States Tax Court and the Small Business Association’s Office of Advocacy.
