Stephanie L. Crigler


Stephanie focuses her practice on intellectual property and trademark procurement/management and copyright. She manages domestic and foreign trademark portfolios for clients, including filing and prosecuting new applications, maintaining existing registrations and managing domestic and foreign oppositions and cancellation proceedings. She advises clients on trademark selection and clearance and brand strategy, conducts advertising and marketing review for trademark, copyright and right-of-publicity issues, and maintains ongoing communications with clients and foreign counsel. Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, co-existence agreements, settlement agreements and conducting investigations and analyses on the prospects of success for claims of trademark infringement and dilution, copyright infringement and design and utility patent infringement.
