Biography
Terry focuses his practice on defending companies in commercial and employment disputes before federal and state courts and agencies. His clients include companies dealing with commercial contract disputes, business related torts, licensing issues, unfair competition, and mergers and acquisitions. He deals with employment matters, including employment discrimination claims, wrongful discharge cases, wage and hour litigation, and employment contract matters. Terry also works with businesses on human resources policies, affirmative action programs, reductions in force and outsourcing, and employee leasing issues. He is experienced in dealing with unique matters, such as union election campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations, supervisor and management training, and strike preparation.
