Timothy S. Wilson

Tim focuses his practice on counseling clients on the best ways to manage their wealth. This includes guiding high net worth clients on tax and estate planning, special needs planning, charitable giving, and other available options for allocating what they’ve accumulated. Tim understands this is a potentially sensitive topic for families, but that planning in advance is the best way to serve a client’s long-term wishes.

He represents executors and trustees of detailed estates for whom he drafts comprehensive estate plans. Tim counsels clients through all stages of estate planning, including litigation and contested probate matters if necessary, and is experienced tackling issues including disputes over asset distribution, creditor claims, breach of fiduciary duty, and will contests. He also advises beneficiaries on matters including estate recovery, beneficiary claims, and title transfers.
