Vishak Ganesh


Formerly a systems engineer for a leading industrial automation and integration services provider, Vishak drafted sales proposals, tested programmable logic controllers, and participated in the design and implementation of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for electric, gas, and water utilities.

He has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technologies, including multimedia and video processing systems, virtual and augmented reality systems, automotive engine systems, digital image processing systems, and document management systems.  Vishak also has experience preparing and prosecuting applications relating to technologies that involve cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

In addition, he worked as a patent examiner in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and served as a judicial law clerk for a magistrate court judge in the Eastern District of Texas and a district court judge in the Northern District of California. As a law clerk, he conducted extensive legal research, drafted orders and opinions, and coordinated case management conferences.
