Elayna M. Fiene

Of Counsel

Elayna focuses her litigation practice on advising clients in complex commercial disputes across a range of industries. She provides careful and responsive analysis to quickly identify the key factual and legal issues in each matter and builds strategies designed to resolve disputes efficiently while keeping client business goals front and center.

Her work includes managing all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and handling written discovery to preparing and arguing dispositive motions. She regularly takes and defends depositions, collaborates with experts to develop clear and persuasive reports, and prepares cases for trial when a negotiated resolution is not feasible.

Clients in insurance, financial services, and franchise & distribution sectors value Elayna’s thoughtful approach to problem‑solving and her ability to translate complicated issues into practical next steps. She invests the time to understand each client’s priorities and communication style, allowing her to design litigation strategies tailored to the outcome they want to achieve.

Elayna’s goal is to guide clients through litigation with clarity, preparation, and steady judgment, whether a matter calls for early resolution or a strong position through trial.
