Adam focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, including insurance and commercial litigation. He represents insurers in coverage, bad faith, and extra contractual matters arising from both personal and commercial insurance policies. Adam provides practical guidance to clients in state and federal courts throughout the litigation process.
Adam has experience handling general civil litigation matters, including real estate, business, and personal injury. He manages cases from the earliest stages through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal, tailoring strategy to each client’s legal and business objectives.
Adam earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he competed nationally as a member of the Mock Trail Team and served as a Bluebook Editor of the Pitt Law Tax Review.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, playing golf, coaching mock trial, and cheering on Pittsburgh sports.
