Jennifer Chou Watson has more than fifteen years of experience in civil litigation defense. Her practice focuses on business litigation, employment law, and professional liability, with a particular emphasis on representing healthcare providers and facilities. She is experienced in all phases of litigation and regularly secures favorable outcomes for clients through effective law and motion practice.
She has achieved strong results for clients throughout Southern California across a broad range of matters, including high-damage cases and elder abuse litigation. She secured defense verdicts at trial for major San Diego healthcare facilities and successfully represented healthcare clients in lawsuits involving claimed damages in the tens of millions of dollars. Her medical malpractice experience spans multiple areas of medicine, and she lectured at a dermatological conference on verdicts and settlements.
Before joining the Firm, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications Studies, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her law degree, also with honors, from the University of San Diego School of Law. During her studies, she served as Editor-in-Chief of Motions, the law school newspaper, and received two merit-based scholarships.
