Michael “Mike” Perry serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. He works to ensure the firm’s day-to-day operations align with its broader business strategy while supporting an environment where efficiency, consistency, and service move forward together. Positioned at the intersection of operations and strategy, Mike oversees all administrative functions that support the firm’s attorneys and business professionals. His focus is keeping these areas aligned and working effectively to support client service and firm performance.
In this role, he manages core operational areas such as finance, human resources, information technology, business development, finance and other business functions that keep the firm running smoothly. He also works closely with firm leadership to evaluate performance, improve workflows, and implement initiatives that support long-term growth and operational stability.
Mike brings broad experience in operations management, organizational leadership, process improvement, finance and technology service delivery. This background provides a strong foundation for overseeing a multi-office environment and supporting teams nationwide. A practical approach and clear understanding of how different parts of the organization connect help guide decision-making and execution.
Mike focuses on building strong relationships across the firm and creating an environment where teams can work efficiently and effectively, with a shared understanding of Firm goals and objectives.
As a former US Army Officer, Mike remains closely connected to the veteran community. He mentors veterans transitioning from military service into the civilian workforce, viewing it as both a responsibility and a way to honor those who supported him during his own transition.
Outside of work, Mike volunteers as a youth soccer coach for Cincinnati United, helping young athletes develop discipline, teamwork, and confidence. He is also a guitarist and lead vocalist in a local band that performs at charity and fundraising events, combining his love of music with a commitment to supporting the community.
