Dinsmore is pleased to share attorney Alan Sanders has been admitted to the Texas Bar College. The organization is a professional society of legal scholars who are leaders in the Texas legal community and champions of legal education. To earn membership attorneys must log more than three times the Texas Bar Association’s minimum annual CLE credits.
Based in Dinsmore’s Houston office, Alan is a General Civil attorney with more than 40 years of experience. His practice history includes transactional and litigation matters. Transactional (non-litigation) representation covers a wide scope of representation, including real estate, general business, financial institutions, probate and estate planning, and outside general counsel services to local governmental entities. He has handled a variety of litigation disputes, such as real estate, business ownership contests, contested probate cases, construction claims, and appeals.
As a way of advancing the development of future lawyers, Alan has served as an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Houston Law Center since 2019, teaching a course to second and third year law students regarding Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate and related topics.
