Gabrielle focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She brings practical experience at all stages of litigation to advocate for her clients on every matter that she handles. Before joining Dinsmore, Gabrielle defended employers and carriers against claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions. She gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation, from initial file handling through settlement or trial and appeal.
Gabrielle received her J.D. from Tulane Law School and earned a certificate in Maritime Law. While in law school, Gabrielle was elected by her peers to serve as the Senior Managing Editor of Volume 44 of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. Outside of the office, Gabrielle enjoys attending the theater and running.
