Veronica focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing businesses in state and federal courts. She manages matters through every stage of litigation, from case inception through trial, arbitration, mediation, and resolution. Her experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting and defending fact and expert depositions, managing discovery, and preparing matters for trial. She uses this experience to help clients navigate complex litigation efficiently and strategically from intake to resolution.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Veronica practiced at several national and regional law firms, where she developed a broad litigation background handling commercial disputes, products liability matters, insurance-related litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. This experience exposed her to a wide range of legal challenges and industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective that she now brings to client matters.
