Beth is a skilled and results-driven litigator who assists clients in all aspects of employment and labor related matters. She has a diverse background in litigation, handling complex commercial and civil disputes. Beth is focused on providing a defense to clients against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, as well as providing practical guidance to employers across a wide range of industries. In her practice, Beth regularly manages discovery, drafts dispositive motions, and advises clients of pre-litigation strategy.
Beth earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University’s School of Law in Spokane, Washington, where she was part of the Civil Rights Moot Court Team. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington, where she gained ample hands-on litigation experience. In her free time, Beth likes to bake and spend time with her family, including her golden retriever, Apollo.
