Dylan D. Sloat

Law Clerk

Dylan recently graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During his time in Pittsburgh, he served as a legislative and data specialist for a public agency in the City of Pittsburgh, then as a legal analyst in the legal department of a Fortune 50 company, and finally as a clerk at another Pittsburgh law firm. While at Duquesne, Dylan served as a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant, a Civil Procedure research assistant, and an editor of Duquesne Law Review. This blend of public, private, and academic experiences has given him a unique perspective on the law that is grounded in the practical realities of applying the law to organizations both big and small, as well as an understanding of the needs and advantages of organizations of all types.

Dylan is a native of the Pittsburgh area and is proud to have spent his entire academic and professional career calling Pittsburgh home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and walking his dachshund, Rory, all over Pittsburgh with his wife Lauren. He is also an avid reader and devoted Pittsburgh sports fan.
