Lindsey M. Adams

Lindsey is an associate whose practice focuses on corporate law. Her experience includes reviewing various banking and securities regulations to advise clients on capital raising efforts and affiliate transactions. As well as researching trends in ESG disclosure requirements and SEC recommendations to prepare for the upcoming proxy season. Prior to law school, Lindsey worked at regional bank for two years, where her roles included process engineering efforts across business lines and serving as part of the department’s legal operations team. Lindsey received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
