Laura focuses her practice in labor and employment law with an emphasis in the area of workers’ compensation, as well as maintaining a general civil litigation practice. Her experience in employment-related litigation includes administrative agencies, state and federal courts. She has established national claims review procedures and has served clients in a consulting role on workers’ compensation claims outside of Ohio. She is board certified in workers’ compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Specialty Board and has spoken for numerous organizations on workers’ compensation issues.
