Josh focuses his practice on estate planning, business organization and succession planning, tax, and all things related to the transfer of wealth from one generation to the next. He further advises clients on fiduciary matters such as probate and trust administration and the related conflicts that can arise between executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. He also has experience in real estate as well as the sale and acquisition of closely held business interests.
Josh is old-school and likes being considered the family attorney. He enjoys meeting clients around their schedule – in their homes, over a cup of coffee, or on the golf course.
Many of Josh’s clients often require the knowledge of other Dinsmore attorneys. In such cases, he takes on the role of outside general counsel, acting as a conduit to effectively collaborate with his colleagues and address all of his clients’ legal needs.
Being licensed in both Ohio and Florida, Josh often serves as liaison for the Private Client group, assisting clients who own real estate, businesses, or other property in Florida, or who are looking to change domicile.
