Ethan focuses his practice on insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, advising clients on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, including first-party and third-party liability issues. He brings a combination of practical experience and a commitment to client advocacy to every case he handles.
During law school, Ethan gained valuable experience in diverse legal settings. He interned in the litigation division of a Fortune 10 legal department, where he contributed to matters involving complex contracts and corporate disputes. He also interned at the General Counsel’s Office for the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys within the Department of Justice, where he supported Assistant United States Attorneys on disciplinary actions, standards of ethical conduct, and recusal issues. In his final year of law school, Ethan served as a Student Attorney in Tulane’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, where he honed his advocacy skills by representing an affirmative asylum seeker.
