Caitlin M. Throne

Associate

Caitlin focuses her practice on corporate law. She helps clients through a number of public company securities functions including review and revision of periodic and annual reporting, drafting registration and proxy statements, revising reports related to Section 13 and 16, and navigating public shareholder activism. She also aids clients in raising funding through Regulation D offerings and assists in the mergers and acquisitions process from negotiating initial Letters of Intent through handling post-closing items.

Her experience prior to the practice of law includes working with private equity clients to evaluate market performance and potential acquisitions. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
