Emily H. Vessels

Associate

Emily focuses her practice on corporate and real estate law.  She has experience closing real estate acquisitions and developments for both lenders and borrowers. Throughout these transactions, Emily is engaged in the preparation of purchase agreements, deeds, easements, homeowner and condominium owner association documents, mortgages, and security interests. She also has experience reviewing lease agreements, including ground, retail, and industrial. Emily’s involvement in land development projects includes preparing applications, reviewing zoning regulations, analyzing comprehensive plans, and appearing before planning commissions, boards of zoning adjustment, city councils, and fiscal courts.
