Christi advises a diverse clientele, including large and middle market financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, institutional investors, private equity groups, business owners, developers, and other various entities on all aspects of commercial finance and real estate matters. She is known for skillfully handling multi-layered debt and equity structures, including asset-based loans, syndicated loans, real estate loans, construction financing, and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions across a variety of asset classes.
Christi also has specialized knowledge and experience handling financial transactions guaranteed by the Small Business Administration. Over her career, she has worked with various SBA lenders, assisting in the successful closing of hundreds of SBA loans, including those for business acquisitions, partial business acquisitions, start-ups and working capital. Christi is well-versed in the major SBA programs, including the 7(a) and 504 guaranteed loan programs and is committed to making the document intensive closing process as quick and seamless as possible.
In addition to commercial finance, Christi manages an extensive and multifaceted real estate practice, representing owners, developers, shopping centers, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors in various real estate transactions including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction, property management, landlord/tenant matters, and title insurance matters.
