Noel F. Johnson

With more than 20 years of experience, Noel focuses his practice on general liability, product liability, and personal injury. He has tried numerous cases, including negligent security cases with injuries ranging from death and paralysis to gunshot wounds. He has also litigated and tried cases related to slips and falls and automobile accidents resulting in catastrophic injuries, including loss of life. Noel has collaborated on more than 50 jury and non-jury trials throughout the state of Florida and has successfully mediated more than 100 cases and completed numerous arbitrations. Additionally, he has represented clients in several multimillion dollar commercial and residential real estate deals in both Florida and Texas. Noel has also negotiated numerous contracts for medical research facilities with drug and medical device companies.
