Shaye practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in litigation and collection matters and has experience taking numerous discovery and evidentiary depositions. She has handled mediations and has presented arguments in hearings before numerous Kentucky circuit courts. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts throughout the state of Kentucky.
