Nancy has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice includes commercial litigation and product liability litigation, and she has served as local, regional and national counsel in large litigation matters. Nancy is an arbitrator for the Cincinnati Bar Association Arbitration Services. She also participates in pro bono activities, including currently as a member of the Board of Dress for Success Cincinnati. She is a Best Lawyers® and has been selected for the Ohio Super Lawyers® list.

    Dinsmore & Shohl represented Synthes, a medical device manufacturer, in the Ohio cases involving alleged injuries from the use of pedicle screws.  The cases were dismissed.
