Parker focuses his practice in the areas of real estate finance, leasing, development, and a variety of other real estate matters and transactions. He has experience with commercial lease transactions, advising and assisting clients through the entire commercial lease and contract negotiation process. He works quickly with clients and all other parties to identify compromises in order to timely finalize deals. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Parker gained valuable experience as in-house counsel for a large national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

  • Acquisition of More than 100 Convenience Stores in 10 States

    We served as lead counsel in our client’s acquisition of assets valued at more than $150 million in three concurrent transactions. The assets included more than 100 operating convenience stores in 10 states, along with extensive inventory and contractual rights. We were involved in most aspects of the transactions, including contract negotiation, due diligence, financing, and closing.
