Melanie advises clients on a wide range of corporate real estate and asset-backed finance matters, with a focus on transactions involving Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, bank lending, and other secure lending arrangements. Her work regularly includes drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security instruments, and related financing documents.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Melanie practiced in New York City as a banking and finance associate for an AmLaw 50 law firm. Melanie’s experience includes working with financial institutions on syndicated and non-syndicated asset-backed lending and fund finance transactions which gives her a strong foundation to structure deals that meet both business and regulatory needs.
