Michael focuses his practice in the areas of real estate finance and development. He represents owners and lenders in commercial lending transactions utilizing a variety of financing sources and structures, including low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds. Michael has significant experience with FHA-insured financing programs. He also represents lenders in connection with short-term bridge loans intended to be refinanced with long-term permanent loans.
