Allison is a seasoned litigation attorney across diverse practice areas including insurance coverage, commercial contract disputes, commercial trucking, and personal injury defense. She is proud to be one of only 64 lawyers in the State of Texas Board Certified in Insurance Law. 

Recent victories include obtaining summary judgment for insurance carriers in a $30M Hurricane Harvey dispute, and a $8M environmental pollution liability coverage dispute; obtaining summary judgment in a business contract dispute concerning additional insured coverage; and a dismissal of all claims against an insurance agent for failure to procure.

Whether tackling commercial litigation or complex coverage disputes, Allison is a go-to litigator with a proven record of achieving results. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Allison spent years at an Am Law 200 firm developing a diverse practice and working with clients around the country.

In her spare time, Allison and her golden retriever Birdee work as a team for First Responder Therapy Dogs, Inc. to provide comfort and stress relief to law enforcement, fire fighters, and other first responders.
