Ally A. Kimbler

Biography

Ally practice focuses on public finance, where she assists as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel in a variety of traditional governmental and qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt financings. She has assisted with a broad range of traditional government financings for townships and counties, and has also assisted with conduit financings for 501(c)(3) organizations, such as senior living providers and hospital systems.

Prior to joining the public finance group at Dinsmore, Ally was a litigator, where she gained valuable experience in legal research and motion practice in state and federal courts, representing corporate clients in contract disputes, toxic tort matters, class action lawsuits, appellate matters, and consumer financial services litigation.
