Annie M. Turner

Biography

Annie’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. She represents clients in a variety of employment matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, misclassification, PAGA and wage and hour disputes, and appeals. Annie also provides counseling services to employers in connection with pre-litigation disputes and development of employment policies.

Annie works with public and private entities operating in a variety of fields, including healthcare, medical and engineering laboratories, construction, and education. Annie also works with municipalities, public and private trusts, and private foundations.

Annie began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She received her J.D. from University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she was a senior editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Annie is licensed to practice in both California and New York.
