Babette Magee

Biography

Babette focuses her practice on toxic torts and environmental matters. She has experience in the environmental realm, including representing contractors, manufacturers and fabricators in toxic tort litigation and serving as in-house environmental counsel for a publicly traded corporation, where she advised on environmental issues relating to storage, handling and disposal of hazardous waste, permitting, and compliance with federal environmental laws and regulations. She also previously served as an environmental analyst for an environmental resources company, where she was responsible for monitoring environmental activity.
