Biography
Caleb helps businesses and financial institutions resolve legal disputes, especially those involving loans, contracts, and real estate. He works with banks, mortgage companies, and other lenders to defend against claims from consumers and borrowers, including issues related to credit reporting, debt collection, and loan servicing.
He handles a wide range of cases—from disagreements over business deals to lawsuits involving property and financial transactions. Caleb is involved in every step of the legal process, including investigating the facts, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court when needed.
Caleb’s experience also extends to defending clients in cases involving serious personal injury claims, bankruptcy matters, and disputes over property liens. Whether the issue is straightforward or complex, Caleb focuses on finding practical solutions that protect his clients’ interests.
